CYCLES VICTOIRES creates Tandems that are custom-made and tailored to your personal use. This fresh French brand born in 2011 and based in Auvergne, started it s activity by designing and producing rear hub and sprocket for single-speed riders.....but then the activity evolved and now they are doing famous steel frame and complete bikes.
All the frame VICTOIRE are handmade in France with steel tubes mainly from Columbus and Reynolds.

Available as frame-set or complete bikes, CYCLES VICTOIRES tandems are bespoke and personalized to your wish, the advantage to get a tailored bikes is that the geometry and sizing perfectly fit your body geometry.
Built from Columbus reinforced steel tubes : HSS, ZONA, LIFE... the length, the thickness and the profile of each tube are designed to fit how you ride, who you are and what you really plan to do with the bike : they adjust the reactivity, comfort, rigidity and handling on your tandem. The method use to build the bike is by fillet brazing , the advantage is not to overheat the tube so it prevents to loose the original characteristic of the steel.

Their tandem range is derived from their regular bike range : Tandem "Véloce" for a road racing machine, Tandem "MTB" for riding in your favourite singletrack, Tandem "Versus" if you wish a Gravel Tandem, Tandem "Voyage" for touring with or without the complete camping kit....so on so on...starting from those codename CYCLES VICTOIRES can really built what you are dreaming about !
Many options are available and starting from the core tandem you choose, they advise you on the possibilities. All the braze on you could dream about are available : bottle cage, rack mount, fender mount, pump.... but you want something specific like SS Coupler, USB Charger, Dynamo Hub, integrated rear light, custom rack...

If you choose to go for a complete tandem, CYCLES VICTOIRES only set-up specific parts for tandem practice, such as powerful disc brakes or Hope hubs with reinforced freewheel, specific rims...

Bespoke Touring & Advtentuee Tandem "Voyage", handmade from Columbus steel tubes. Prepared to participate mainly to Paris-Brest-Paris, this realiable machine features mainy braze on to fix rack, pump, fender and bottle cage. It is equiped with a SON Edelux front light coupled to SON dynamo front hub. The rear hub is a Hope Evo2 Tandem 36h with its stainlesssteel freehub. Brake are cantilever type  Shimano Ultegra, but in case of long downhill or emergency there is a Hope Tech3 E4 as third brake. The fork is also handmade from Reynolds 631 - derived from the legendary 531.

Handmade with Columbus Life and Zona steel tubes, this Gravel Tandem "Versus" is designed for 2 tall riders who plans to ride as well on road than gravel path. The groupset is the Shimano ULTEGRA TANDEM, wheels are built in house with Hope Evo Pro II Tandem (stainless freehub) 36holes with specifics rim HplusSon Archetype. Tire a Michelin CX MUD.
The fork is also built by CYCLES VICTOIRE with unicrown Reynolds tubes mounted with reliable Chris King Headset. Designed to be strong and reliable, it only weight 15kgs.

Build for a sportive use the TANDEM "Veloce" is made of Columbus HSS and Life steel tubes. The frame is designed for a tall and a small rider. The headtube is 44mm to welcome the tapered Columbus Mud Disk carbon fork. The groupset is a standard (non tandem specific) Shimano ULTEGRA but the disc caliper are from the Shimano SAINT downhill group (4-ceramic piston caliper).
Wheels are built with the really reliable Hope Evo Pro II Tandem (stainless freehub) with specifics rim HplusSon Archetype and DT alpine Spokes. Global Weight : 15,9Kg with pedals, lights and small accessories.
