SHAN 27 REVERSE is a limited edition inspired from the SHAN 27 Diamond, the first 27,5" bike from Production Privée but the color are reverse. The SHAN 27 REVERSE is ready for Enduro - Enduro Marathon. It is made from a Japanese steel : Cromoly 4130 Triple Butted Heat Treated. Only the rear triangle does not receive the heat treatment to stay flexible. Developed by Production Privée it is called KTP flex system. This allows more grip, more comfort and more efficiency in down-hill section.
Head-tube is tapered to increase stiffness on the front triangle without adding weight, also it allow a better stress distribution between the down-tube and the head-tube, thanks to the biggest welding junction.
The SHAN 27 REVERSE come out of the box in 27,5" but you can set up 26" wheels thanks to an optional hanger kit allowing to have the right geometry (available in 10x135 and 12x142mm). The frame is protected with an ED black treatment applied inside and outside the tubes to prevent any rust issue and to insure a perfect paint application.
You can buy this limited edition SHAN 27 REVERSE (500 frames available) in different pack. The 2 biggest pack come with the DVO Diamond Fork.
The DVO Diamond is the fork riding by CG. Using the same technology as the Emerald inverted Down-hill fork, but in single crown chassis weighing at 2100g only. The external and internal adjustment are infinite offering the most consistent and efficient front suspension fork available in the market. Delivered in 160mm, the green colour of both frame and fork match to the perfection for an incredible looking.
